Founded in 2018, Zidale Africa is a social enterprise that brings together leadership coaching, strategic consulting, organisational development, and youth empowerment under one roof. We work with the people and institutions that are doing the hard, necessary work of building a better world, and we walk alongside them as they do it.

Our clients span education non-profits and youth organisations, to philanthropic foundations, sector associations, and intermediary grant-makers.
